Guest & Visitors..

Children under 16 shall not be permitted in any common or recreation areas of the Park unless accompanied by the owner of the RV unit they are visiting, their parents or a responsible adult.

Traffic Speed Limit..

All Tenants and their guests must observe the speed limit of "5 Miles Per Hour" within the Park.

Cleanliness..

All Tenants must keep their lot clean and free from rubbish and trash at all times. House refrigerators or any household appliance may not be kept outside trailer. No storage of any kind is permitted without prior management approval.

Respect the Privacy and Quiet of his/her Neighbor..

The Tenant hereby agrees to respect the privacy and quiet of his neighbor. Tenant and Tenant’s guests shall fully comply with all statutes, ordinances, health, safety, motor vehicle and fire codes; and the Park Rules and Regulations and Revisions and Amendments thereto. *Failure to so comply shall result in the termination of Rental Agreement and removal of Tenant’s property from the Park.

Pets..

All pets must be pre-approved by Management. No pets in excess of 40 lbs. and NO aggressive breeds (as determined by Management), shall be allowed in the Park. Tenants with pets must keep them on a leash when outside. There are assigned areas for animals to be walked and they are permitted in no other area of the Park.
Pet excrement must be removed promptly and properly disposed of by pet owner at designated areas. *Failure to so comply shall result in Tenant being subject to Maintenance Fees.

Common Areas..

No alcoholic beverages permitted in common area buildings or recreational area which is used for general assembly without Management’s approval.

Tents..

No Tents are permitted on Sites in the Park at this time.

Soliciting..

No peddling, soliciting or commercial enterprise will be allowed in Park.

Quiet Time..

Quiet time is from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, (Monday – Sunday).

Right to Reject any RV Unit(s)

Tenant reserves the right to reject any RV Unit, which is not compatible with Units in the Park.

Behavioral Disorders..

No fighting or loud, obnoxious, drunken, threatening, or foul language, inappropriate conduct or acts shall be permitted in the Park.

Tenant Garbage and Disposal..

All garbage must be bagged and placed in garbage trash receptacles provided by the Park. Household cooking grease must be disposed of as garbage and not poured down drains.

Right to Amend Terms and Policies..

*Management reserves the right to amend the rules at any time and amend Park rules.
